How do I join the rewards program?

Joining is simple. Create an account by providing your name, email, and a password. It's free to join, and you'll automatically get insider access to sales, promotions, and our newest product drops. If you already have a YuMOVE account, good news – you’re already enrolled in our rewards programme. You can sign in and start earning points straight away.

What are the benefits of becoming a rewards member?

As a member, you’ll earn reward points with every purchase. You can then use these points to save money on future orders. You can also earn points by telling friends about YuMOVE, sharing details about your pets, and following us on social media. We'll be adding new ways to earn points, so keep an eye out.

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

We’ve taken care of that for you. All customers with an active account have been automatically enrolled in our rewards program.

Will I receive points for purchases I made before creating my rewards account?

Points are awarded for purchases made after your rewards account is created. To make sure you don't miss out, please create your account before placing an order.

What if I have an old email address or multiple accounts and want to combine them?

No problem at all. Please contact our customer service team by emailing hello@yumove.com, and they’ll be happy to help you merge your accounts.

Putting your points to good use is easy. Just visit https://yumove.co.uk/rewards to see all the great rewards available. When you've found one you like, click the 'Redeem' button.

Returns

Can I return an order if I used rewards points for a discount?

Yes. If you return an entire order, we will refund the total amount you spent after the discount was applied. The points you used for the discount will be added back to your rewards account.

Troubleshooting

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

First, double-check that you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t check out as a guest. You must be logged in to earn points on your purchases. If you think this happened by mistake, please contact us and we can help apply the points to your account. You also won't receive points if you return your purchase or if the order is cancelled. Any points earned on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your balance.

I should have earned points, but my balance hasn’t changed. What should I do?

We want to make sure all your hard earned points are right where they belong – in your account. Sometimes there can be a short delay, and points may take a few minutes to a few hours to appear.

Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Refresh your browser.
  2. Log out of your account and then log back in.
  3. Check your ‘Rewards History’ in your account. The points might have been added without you noticing. Your history will show you how many points you’ve earned, how and when you earned them, and any redemptions you’ve made.

If you’ve tried these steps and still feel your balance is incorrect, please contact hello@yumove.com. Our team will look into it for you.

I received an error message when trying to refer friends via email. What went wrong?

We’re sorry to hear you had trouble. This could be due to a couple of things. It’s possible there was a typo in an email address, or that commas weren't used to separate multiple addresses.

To be sure, we recommend entering each email address one at a time and clicking ‘send’ after each one.

If you're still having issues, you can use your unique referral link or share it via Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to get your credit. For any further assistance, please contact us.

I’ve referred friends but haven’t received any points. Is there something else I need to do?

Thank you for spreading the word about YuMOVE! For the referral to be successful, your friend must be a first time customer. The referral also needs to be sent through the referral box on your rewards page or by using your unique referral link.

Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase. When this happens, we’ll send you an email to let you know a reward has been added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ for an update.
