Delivery

How quick is your delivery?

We dispatch all our orders via 2nd Class with Royal Mail. If an item is in stock and you place your order by 11am, we'll endeavour to dispatch it on the same day. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, and we don’t dispatch over the weekend except during exceptionally busy periods. For faster delivery, we offer 24hr premium delivery, via Yodel, for £4.99 on orders placed before 11am, Monday - Friday. Excludes bank holidays.

Both Royal Mail and Yodel deliver Monday to Saturday.

How is my item going to be delivered?

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Second Class or Yodel. Any orders sent via Royal Mail is letterbox friendly.

How do I log into my account?

To log into your account, click the person icon in the top right corner of your screen, then enter your email address and password.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password on our website by clicking 'Forgot Password' on the login page. If you didn't activate your account at your first order, please contact our Customer Care Team on our Contact Form.

How do I activate my account?

When you placed your first order with us, you were sent an email to activate your account. If you didn't activate it at the time, please contact our Customer Care Team on our Contact Form.

How can I cancel or skip my order?

If your order has already been charged, you won’t be able to cancel it. However, you can access your account to skip the next order or cancel if needed. You can cancel or skip an order up to the day before your order is due by logging into your account.

  • Choose the subscription you would like to amend.
  • Amend the delivery date as needed. This gives you full control over your subscription schedule, making it easy to adjust your orders whenever required.

How can I cancel my subscription?

How do I update my card details?

Please log in to your account and follow the instructions below to update your card details:

  • Then click 'Edit your subscription' - Here you will be able to view your card details under 'Payment Method' and amend accordingly.

How can I swap or change my subscription product?

You can change your product in the 'Manage Subscription' section of our website. Please log in to your account and follow the instructions below:

  • Click 'Edit your subscription'
  • Click 'Swap product' and then select your new product.

How do I amend my address?

You can change your address in the 'Manage Subscription' section of our website. You can access your account to amend your delivery address following the instructions below. A delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been processed.

How much can I save by subscribing? Does my subscription have a discount?

When you subscribe, you'll save 30% off the retail price on an ongoing basis for one subscription. If you have multiple subscriptions, you'll enjoy a 40% discount off the retail price. Plus, as a subscriber, you'll get free delivery and membership to PawSquad, giving you free, unlimited access to an online vet 24/7.

How is payment taken and when?

When you set up a subscription, we’ll collect your bank details. You’ll then be charged based on the frequency you select (e.g., every 7 days or 2 months). For instance, if you choose every 7 days, you'll be charged on the 7th day, and your subscription order will arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Why do I have too much product?

There could be several reasons why you have too much product:

  • You received a Daily Double pack with your first order but didn't complete the double amount feeding period
  • Your order frequency isn't set correctly for the number of tablets you give per day.
  • You may have accidentally missed some days. If you need to amend the date of your next order please To log into your account.

Why do I have too little product?

This is most likely a frequency issue. We need to confirm how many tablets are being used per day and ensure the subscription frequency is set correctly.

What is SAVENOW? I cannot add SAVENOW discount? I am not getting 50% off my first two months?

To be eligible for a 50% discount off your first two months subscription, you'll need to be a new customer starting a new subscription. This is a single-use discount and not all products are included - see below for details. The SAVENOW code will be automatically applied for qualifying customers and products. Following the initial two-month discount, you'll receive a 30% rolling discount from month three onwards, or 40% if you have more than one product on your subscription.

Why does my next order not have a discount?

Your recurring subscription price already accounts for the subscription discount you are eligible for. You may be on your 3rd delivery of your subscription and therefore not be receiving 50% off as part of the trial offer, meaning that you will be receiving 30% off or 40% off if you have multiple subscription.

Why am I not getting 40% off?

Your 40% discount is automatically applied at checkout! Your subscription price already reflects the discount you're eligible for.

Product - General

Do I need to give my dog or cat double the recommended daily amount?

Yes. You should feed your dog or cat double the recommended daily amount for the first 4-6 weeks. Giving your cat or dog double the recommended daily amount of YuMOVE Joint Care for the first month helps the active ingredients in our supplements get to work quickly. If you’re a new subscriber, you’ll receive a FREE Daily Double Pack to activate this essential preparation phase. If your dog or cat is already taking a daily YuMOVE Joint Care and is moving to a stronger formula, there’s no need to double up.

Does it matter if I skip days?

Put simply, yes. Skipping days or being inconsistent with feeding can undo a lot of the benefits your pet might otherwise enjoy. If you follow the recommendation for how often and how much YuMOVE Joint Care you should give your pet, you can expect to see the best results.

Can your supplements be used with prescription only medicines?

Our supplements can be used alongside most prescription only medicines. We haven't extensively tested our supplements with all medications, so we do recommend checking with your vet first. Is there anything I should look out for when I first add YuMOVE to my pet’s diet?

Just like any dietary change, introducing YuMOVE can sometimes cause mild digestive upset. If this happens, stop giving YuMOVE to your dog, let their digestive system settle and then reintroduce it slowly. Start with a very small amount and gradually build up to the recommended amount. This helps your dog's digestive system adjust smoothly to the new addition.

Why isn't ADVANCE 360 available on your website?

ADVANCE 360 is a veterinary exclusive product and is only available from your local vet practice. This is because pets who need the extra support ADVANCE 360 provides should be seen regularly by their vet. Please speak to your vet if you think your pet might benefit from our strongest supplement range.

Some of your packaging has changed, has the product or formulation?

We’re currently changing to a new look. Don’t worry, though – everything inside is exactly the same!

Why do you not sell Senior?

YuMOVE Joint Care Senior is sold exclusively through our retail partners, including Amazon, Pet's at Home, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Costo and more. For a similar strength product on our site, please choose YuMOVE Joint Care PLUS.

Can I use the products together?

My dog has eaten a whole pack, what do I do?

This depends on the product. For any of our supplements, we recommend a plain diet and plenty of water. Mild digestive upset is to be expected and isn't a cause for concern. However, if it's the Calming Care product, or if your pet shows any symptoms beyond digestive upset, we recommend contacting your vet.

Do I need to feed my dog all tablets / bites in one go? Do I need to feed with food?

If you're giving more than one tablet, we recommend splitting up their daily amount – half in the morning and half in the evening. This helps create a routine, but it's not mandatory, giving the tablets together works just as well. It's usually easier to give them with food, but it's not necessary. They can be given like a treat without food too. Do whatever works best for you to create a consistent daily habit.

What's the difference between PLUS tablets and PLUS One-A-Day bites?

Our PLUS tablets and PLUS One-A-Day bites both provide the same great level of joint support for your dog. The difference is that tablets are given based on your dog's weight, while the bites are pre portioned by weight category (small, medium or large) so you only need to give your dog one per day. Our bites also come in a soft chew format which some dogs prefer.

What's the difference between PLUS One-A-Day and Daily Bites for Senior Dogs?

Our YuMOVE Joint Care PLUS One-A-Day and Daily Bites for Senior Dogs both offer extra support over our Joint Care for Adult Dogs supplements. This extra support is for older dogs or dogs with stiffer joints. We sell PLUS ourselves and Senior is sold through retailers including Amazon, Pets At Home, Sainsburys, Tesco and Costco. Daily Bites for Senior Dogs are given based on your dog's weight, while PLUS One A-Day are pre-portioned by weight category (small, medium or large) so you only need to give your dog one per day.

What's the difference between One-A-Day bites, PLUS One-A-Day and PLUS Max Strength Bites?

Each product in this range gets stronger to support different levels of joint stiffness. PLUS Max Strength is the strongest PLUS formula available and contains ActivEase® Complex and added fish oil to deliver extra support.

How big are the tablets or capsules?

Our tablets are approximately 17mm long and 5mm wide. Our twist and sprinkle capsules are approximately 18mm long.

My pet is fussy, can I crush the tablet over their food?

You can break the tablets into smaller pieces, crush them completely and mix them with your pet's food, or even add a small amount of warm water to the crushed tablet to make a paste. Alternatively, most of our products also come in a chew option which your pet might prefer.
