We only ever collect the personal data that we need from you and keep to a minimum the personal data we hold on an ongoing basis.

- if YuMOVE or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case our customers’ personal data will be one of the transferred assets;

We will never sell your personal data and will never share it with a company for marketing purposes.
The data that we collect from you will be stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). Your personal data will sometimes be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for our third-party web developers. However, your personal data does not leave the EEA and we have put in place adequate contractual safeguards to protect your personal data in this situation.
Keeping your personal data
We keep personal data for no longer than the following time periods:
