Lintbells Limited Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions

By registering for the “YuGROOVE 2023” Competition (“Competition”), you agree to participate in the competition prize draw you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. This Promotion is operated by Lintbells Limited registered in England and Wales with company number 05928692 whose address is at West Barn, Fairclough Hall Farm, Halls Green, Weston, SG4 7DP (“Promoter”). YUMOVE is a registered brand of Lintbells Limited.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Competition is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant;

a. is any resident of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales

b. is over the age of 16 years

c. if successful as a Winner must be able to travel to Lintbells Limited, Unit 6, The Quad, Butterfield Business Park, Luton, LU2 8DL (“Promoters Office”) on 1st September 2023 to collect Prize.

1.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Eligible Participants.

1.3. This Competition excludes employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, its affiliated companies, distributors, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the Competition.

2. How to enter

2.1. The Competition will run from 09:00 on 12th June 2023 (the "Opening Date") until 29:59 on 25th August 2023 (the “Closing Date”).

2.2. To enter the Competition Eligible Participants must:

a. complete the form found at www.yugroove.co.uk with relevant information about the Eligible Participant and their pet.

b. Upload a video of the Eligible Participant’s pet doing one of the following;

a. Performing

b. Swimming and/or splashing

c. Exploring

d. Playing

e. Running and/or jumping

f. a cool cat

2.3. After the Closing Date no more entries can be accepted, no further participation in the Competition will be allowed.

2.4. No extra purchase or fee is necessary to enter this Competition.

2.5. No responsibility will be taken for lost, damaged, delayed or illegible entries. 2.6. No proof of purchase is necessary to enter.

3. The Prize

3.1. The Prizes are as follows:

a.  Prizes: 5 x Dog Winners, 1 x Cat Winner, 1 x FINAL Winner

3.2. Final Winner

- A Stay with Pets PJS up to £1000.00

- x4 month's free supply of YuMOVE  (product* of choice for dog entered into YuGroove) sent via the Promoters Subscribe and Save Subscription service (for further information please see subsection 4 "Subscribe and Save" of these Terms and Conditions).

- 1 x 6 months free supply of cat YuMOVE product*

*This excludes all YuMOVE Advance products. Type of YuMOVE Product and amounts will vary depending on the weight and age of the winner’s pet, and will be left to the discretion of the Promoter to advise on the eligible supply of the YuMOVE Product.

3.5. Only (one) Prize per Eligible Participant is permitted. No third party is permitted to claim the Prize.

4. Subscribe and Save

4.1. The Winner will be signed up to the Promoter's FREE Subscribe and Save monthly subscription plan. This is required to receive the Prize. The winner can unsubscribe at any time however they will be required to subscribe for the full four months in order to receive the full year’s free supply of YuMOVE for Dog  product as stated in the Prize. 

4.2. Card details will be required to sign up to Subscribe and Save however nothing will be charged for the duration of the winner’s subscription year. These card details will be collected over the phone by a member of the Promoter’s Customer Care team. 

4.3. Promoter will never ask for payment details over a social media platform or messenger. The winner will be sent a reminder with an option to unsubscribe before the end of the 4 months.

5. The Draw

5.1. The Winner will be selected by the highlighted judging panel at the end of August 2023 for attendance of Prize Giving Awards on the 1st September.

5.2. The Competition winner will be contacted, within 7 days of the winner being selected, by email using the details provided during entry into the Competition.

5.3. The Prize must be redeemed and claimed by the Thursday 21st August 2023 by 5pm by responding to the YuMOVE’s representative for the YuGROOVE Campaign. If the winner does not claim the Prize within this period, the Prize will be offered to the next randomly selected winner.

5.4. The Prize is organised to be collected on 1st September 2023 by Categories and overall winner, alternatively will be sent to the winner within 14 days of this date.

5.5. The Prize is non changeable and non-transferable. No cash or credit alternatives are offered. The Promoter reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of a similar value, should the specific Prize become unavailable for any reasons beyond its control.

5.6. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and biding. No correspondence or negotiation will be entered into by the Promoter concerning either the decision or the result.

6. Data protection and publicity

6.1. By providing contact details, Eligible Participant consents to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to the Competition.

6.2. Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the Competition. This information may be shared with any other third parties reasonably involved in the Competition without liability to the Promoter or such third parties. 7. Limitation of liability

7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. General

8.1.  The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it finds (a) to be attempting to claim the Prize more than once; (b) to be tampering with the entry and/or Prize claiming process or the operation of this Competition; (c) to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions; (d) to be acting otherwise than in good faith; or (e) to have provided any false or misleading information as part of the process of entering the Competition and/or claiming the Prize.

8.2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Competition without notice and any part of the Prize issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events beyond its control.

8.3. This Competition will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions, but in the event of any conflict these terms and conditions will prevail.

8.5. “YuMOVE” is a branded product of the Promoter. Promoter reserves all rights in relation to intellectual property used in this Competition, whether, in regard to, Promoter’s website or social media accounts, products, product names or any of the promotional materials used.

8.6. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook. You are providing your information to Lintbells Limited and not to Instagram or Facebook. By participating in this Competition, you agree to a complete release of Instagram and Facebook from any claims.
