Lintbells Limited YuMOVE Survey and Focus Group
By Participating in the Survey (“Survey”) for the chance to be apart of the YuMOVE Focus Group (“Focus Group”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you, acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
This Survey is operated by Lintbells Limited registered in’ England and Wales with company number 05928692 whose address is at West Barn, Fairclough Hall Farm, Halls Green, Weston, SG4 7DP (“Company”). YuMOVE is a registered brand of Lintbells Limited.

1. Survey Participation
1.1. Individuals sent the Survey via email found at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3RTRPRS are invited to complete for the chance to be selected for the Focus Group.
1.2. Not all individuals who complete the Survey will be selected for the Focus Group.
1.3. Only the individuals chosen for the Focus Group, will receive a £25 Marks and Spencer voucher (“Voucher”).
1.4. The Survey is available to be completed until 18th April 2023 (“Closing Date”)
1.5. After the Closing Date no more entries can be accepted.
1.6. No extra purchase or fee is necessary to participate in the Survey, or in the Focus Group.
1.7. No responsibility will be taken for lost, damaged, delayed or illegible Survey entries.
2.The Focus Group Voucher
2.1. Individuals selected to be apart of the Focus Group will receive the Voucher via the email address provided by the individual during the Survey.
The Voucher can be spent online or in store.
2.2. Only one Voucher per person is permitted. No third party is permitted to claim the Voucher.
2.3. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Survey at any stage if the number of required individuals for the Focus Group has been reached.
The Voucher is non changeable and non-transferable. No cash will be offered.
2.4. The decision of the Company regarding any aspect of the Survey and Focus Group is final and biding. No correspondence or negotiation will be entered into by the Company concerning either the decision or the result.
3.General
3.1. By providing contact details, the individual consents to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to the Survey and Focus Group.
3.2. Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the Promotion. The Promoter’s privacy policy can be found online at https://yumove.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy-cookies.
