 Terms and Conditions
By redeeming the YuMOVE Black Friday Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.   
This Promotion requires registration to a YuMOVE “Subscribe and Save” Subscription service (“Subscription”) with anytime cancellation.

Promotion Terms and Conditions complement and incorporate reference “Subscribe and Save” Terms and Conditions and Lintbells’ Terms and Conditions (collectively referred to as “YuMOVE Terms and Conditions”). In the event of any conflict between the YuMOVE Terms and Conditions and these YuMOVE Terms, the YuMOVE Terms and Conditions will prevail.

This Promotion is operated by Lintbells Limited (“Promoter”) registered at West Barn, Fairclough Hall Farm, Halls Green, Weston, SG4 7DP.
1.Promotion Details
1.1. The Promotion will start 9:00 am 17th November 2023 and end 23.59 pm 20th November 2023 (“Promotion Dates”)

1.2.Promotion includes discount of up to 50% across the whole range (supplement range and mobility aid range) on one-time purchases on the Promoters website at https://yumove.co.uk/. (“One Time Purchase Promotion”).
1.3. Promotion offers up to a 50% discount on any new subscription created with Promoter’s “Subscribe and Save” subscription service (“Subscription Service Promotion").

1.4. The discount of up to 50% will only be applied for a period of three (3) months following the start of Subscription Service.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is only open to Eligible Participants (also referred to as “you” or “your”).

2.2. The Promotion is only available to:

a. residents of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland;
b. individuals over the age of 18;
c. individuals with access to the internet.
d. individuals who take out a Subscription with the Promoters Subscription Service.

2.3. Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of those redeeming the Promotion.

2.4. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers, discounts, or promotions (including promotional codes) unless stated otherwise.

3. Redeeming Subscription Promotion

3.1. Subscription Promotion can be redeemed against any products on the Promoters website at https://yumove.co.uk/ during the Promotion Dates.


3.2. Subscription Promotion will be automatically discounted by purchasing a product through the Promoters Subscription.


3.3. You will be signed up to Promoter’s tailor-made YuMOVE Subscription service.


3.4. You can unsubscribe at any time before their Subscription renewal date. If you do not cancel, you will be billed at a full price for the next YuMOVE Product after 3 months, in accordance with your tailor-made Subscription.

 

4. Redeeming one time purchase Promotion

4.1. Promotion can be redeemed against any products on the Promoters website at https://yumove.co.uk/ during the Promotion Dates.
Promotion will be automatically discounted by adding any products to your basket.
4.2. Promotion is subject to Product availability and excludes bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties.
4.3.The Promoter cannot be held responsible if, for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promotion is no longer available. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion without notice.
Promoter reserves the right to refuse to honour the Promotion to anyone who the Promoter reasonably suspect is acting in contravention with these terms and conditions or who the Promoter is reasonably suspect of acting contrary to the spirit of this Promotion.


5. Limitation of liability


5.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. General
6.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Competition without notice and any part of the Promotion issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated, or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events beyond its control.
6.2. Promoter reserves the right to refuse to honour the Promotion to anyone who the Promoter reasonably suspect is acting in contravention with these terms and conditions or who the Promoter is reasonably suspect of acting contrary to the spirit of this Promotion.
6.3. Privacy Notice: All information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be treated in accordance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions and Lintbells Privacy Policy https://yumove.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy-cookies.
6.4. This Promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions, but in the event of any conflict these Promotion Terms and Conditions will prevail.
