By registering for a “Ruff and Tumble” Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

1) Eligibility

1.1 The Promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is any resident of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales over 18 years. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Eligible Participants.

1.2 This Promotion excludes employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, its affiliated companies, distributors, agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the Promotion.

2) How to take part

2.1 The Promotion will run from 09:00 on 12^th December 2022 (the "Opening Date") until 29:59 on 30^th February 2023 (the “Closing Date”).

2.2 To take part in the Promotion, Eligible Participants must:

2.4 No extra purchase or fee is necessary to take part this Promotion.

2.5 No responsibility will be taken for lost, damaged, delayed or illegible entries.

2.6 No proof of purchase is necessary to take part.

3) The Promotional Item

3.1 The Promotional Item is a free Ruff and Tumble coat worth up to the value of £80 (RRP). The type of Ruff and Tumble coat can be chosen on the Ruff and Tumble website at https://ruffandtumbledogcoats.com/ when claiming the Promotional Item.

3.2 The Promotional Item is subject to a delivery charge between £3.95 to £5.95. The delivery charge will be confirmed when the Promotional Item is claimed on Ruff and Tumble website.

3.3 Only 1 (one) Promotional Item per Eligible Participant is permitted and available to be claimed. No third party is permitted to claim the Promotional Item.

4) Data protection and publicity

4.1 By providing contact details, Eligible Participant consents to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to the Promotion.

4.2 Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the Promotion. This information may be shared with any other third parties reasonably involved in the Promotion without liability to the Promoter or such third parties. 5) Limitation of liability

5.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Eligible Participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking part in the Promotion/taking up Promotional Item except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6) General

6.1 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it finds (a) to be attempting to claim the Promotional Item more than once; (b) to be tampering with the entry and/or Promotion claiming process or the operation of this Promotion; (c) to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions; (d) to be acting otherwise than in good faith; or (e) to have provided any false or misleading information as part of the process of taking part in the Promotion and/or claiming the Promotional Item.

6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Promotion without notice and any part of the Promotional Item issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events beyond its control.

6.3 This Promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions, but in the event of any conflict these terms and conditions will prevail.
