Lintbells Limited BSAVA Competition and Prize Draw 2023

By registering for a British Small Animal Association Congress Competition (“Competition”), you agree to participate in the BSAVA Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

This Promotion is operated by Lintbells Limited registered in England and Wales with company number 05928692 whose address is at West Barn, Fairclough Hall Farm, Halls Green, Weston, SG4 7DP (“Promoter”). YUMOVE is a registered brand of Lintbells Limited.

1. Competition

1.1. The Competition will take place at BSAVA Congress event at Manchester Central, Windmill Street, Manchester, Lancashire, M2 3GX (“BSAVA”) at the Promoters Stand B207 (“Stand”).

1.2. The Competition will be open Thursday, 23 March 2023 at 9:00am until 17:00pm Saturday, 25 March 2023 (“Closing Date”). The Competition will only run during the following hours of the BVSA:

a. Thursday 23 March 9:00am until 17:00pm;
b. Friday 24 March 9:00am until 17:00pm; and
c. Saturday 25 March 9:00am until 17:00pm.

1.3. After the Closing Date no more entries can be accepted, no further participation in the Competition will be allowed.

2.Eligibility

2.1. The Competition is only open to Eligible participants. An Eligible Participant
 

a. is any resident of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
b. is over the age of 18 years
c. must be a delegate from the veterinary profession attending BSAVA
 

2.2. This Competition excludes employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, its affiliated companies, distributors, agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the Competition.
 

2.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Eligible Participants.
  

3.How to enter

3.1. To enter the Competition at the Stand Eligible Participants must:

a. Scan the QR code on the A1 board found at the Stand to access the entry form.

b. Fill in their name, email, vet practice information into the entry form provided.

c. Submit the form by clicking ‘Submit’ and receive a free YuMOVE dental sample.
 

4.The Prize

4.1. The Prize will be a meal for 2 (two) at The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG

4.2. There is 1 (one) Prize in total available to be won.
Only one Prize per Eligible Participant is permitted. No third party is permitted to claim the Prize.

5.The Draw

5.1. Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Monday 27^th March 2023.

5.2. Competition winners will be contacted on Monday 27^th March 2023 by email using the details provided during entry into the Competition.

5.3. The Prize must be redeemed and claimed within 14 working days of being contacted by the Promoter. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 working days of being notified, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

5.4. The Prize will be emailed to the winner on the day the winner redeems their Prize.

5.5. The Prize is non changeable and non-transferable. No cash or credit alternatives are offered. The Promoter reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of a similar value, should the specific Prize become unavailable for any reasons beyond its control.

5.6. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and biding. No correspondence or negotiation will be entered into by the Promoter concerning either the decision or the result.

6.Data protection and publicity

6.1. By providing contact details, Eligible Participant consents to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to the Competition.

6.2. Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the Competition. This information may be shared with any other third parties reasonably involved in the Competition without liability to the Promoter or such third parties. 7.Limitation of liability

7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8.General

8.1. No extra purchase or fee is necessary to enter this Competition. No responsibility will be taken for lost, damaged, delayed or illegible entries. No proof of purchase is necessary to enter.

8.2. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it finds (a) to be attempting to claim the Prize more than once; (b) to be tampering with the entry and/or Prize claiming process or the operation of this Competition; (c) to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions; (d) to be acting otherwise than in good faith; or (e) to have provided any false or misleading information as part of the process of entering the Competition and/or claiming the Prize.

8.3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Competition without notice and any part of the Prize issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events beyond its control.
 

8.4. This Competition will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions, but in the event of any conflict these terms and conditions will prevail.
