Terms and Conditions
By registering for Lintbells’ Drop the Coin Competition at Crufts (“Competition”), you agree to participate in the Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
This Promotion is operated by Lintbells Limited registered in England and Wales with company number 05928692 whose address is at West Barn, Fairclough Hall Farm, Halls Green, Weston, SG4 7DP (“Promoter”). YUMOVE is a registered brand of Lintbells Limited.


1.1. The Competitions will take place at the Kennel Club event, Crufts, between  9th and l 12th March 2023 at the National Exhibition Centre, North Avenue, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1NT (“Crufts”) in Hall 3A at Promoter’s stand 3-66 (“Stand”).

1.2. The Competitions will take place at Crufts during the following times (“Opening Times”):

a. Thursday 9th March 2022, between 9:00 and 17:00

b. Friday 10th March 2022, between 9:00 and 17:00

c. Saturday 11th March 2022, between 9:00 and 17:00

d. Sunday 12th March 2022, between 9:00 and 17:00


2.1. The Competition and Prize Draw is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant

a. is any resident of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales
b. is over the age of 18 years.
c. is attending Crufts.

2.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Eligible Participants.

2.3. This Competition and the Prize Draw will exclude employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, its affiliated companies, distributors, agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the Competitions.

3.How to enter the Competition and Prize Draw

3.1. To enter the Competition Eligible Participants, at the Stand:

a. will provide the Promoter, their name and email address into the Promoter’s form in order to be entered into the Prize Draw and receive a coin.

b. Place a coin into the wall to win a Competition Prize.

3.2. After the Opening Times of each Competition no more entries can be accepted, no further participation in the Competition will be allowed.

3.3. extra purchase or fee is necessary to enter this Competition.

3.4. No responsibility will be taken for lost, damaged, delayed, or illegible entries.

3.5. No proof of purchase is necessary to enter.

4.The Competition Prize

4.1. The Prizes for the Competition will be one of the following:

a. A Walkin’Pets branded frisbee.

b. 30% off voucher redeemable against any purchase made on the website.

c. YuMOVE branded pen.

d. Dog breed car bumper sticker.

e. 50% off voucher redeemable against any purchase made on the website.

f. Win any order placed on the day of attendance at Crufts for free up to the value of £60.

4.2. Only one Prize per Eligible Participant is permitted. No third party is permitted to claim the Prize.

5.The Prize Draw Prize


5.1. In addition to the receiving Competition Prizes, each Eligible Participant will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw.

5.2. On every day of Crufts, Eligible Participants who have taken part in the Competition will be entered into the Prize Draw to be randomly selected for the following Prize.

5.3. The Prize for the Prize Draw will be:

a. One (1) year free of YuMOVE product. 

1. Subscription only applies to YuMOVE Products for Dog* dog per household
3. Excludes YuMOVE 360 Products.

*The type and quantity of YuMOVE product for Dog product supplied within the one-year period will vary dependant on the weight and age of the winner’s dog and will be left up to the discretion of the Promoter to recommend on a suitable quantity of the Prize for the winner’s dog.

5.4. There will be a total of 4 (four) Prize Draw winners, one (1) winner for every day of Crufts; 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th March 2023.

5.5. All Prize Draw winners will be signed up for the Promoter’s tailormade YuMOVE “Subscribe and Save” subscription service (“Subscription”) FREE of charge for the duration of 1 (one) year. See clause 5. for Subscription terms.

5.6. Prize Draw winners will be contacted, within 24 hours of the draw by email using the details provided during entry into the Competition.

5.7. The Prize Draw winner must redeem their Prize within 7 days. If the winner does not claim the Prize within this period, the Prize will be offered to the next randomly selected winner.

5.8. The Prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to the Promoter.

5.9. The Prize is non changeable and non-transferable. No cash or credit alternatives are offered. The Promoter reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of a similar value, should the specific Prize become unavailable for any reasons beyond its control.

5.10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw or Competition is final and biding. No correspondence or negotiation will be entered into by the Promoter concerning either the decision or the result.

6.Subscription Terms

6.1. Winners will be signed up to the Promoter’s FREE Subscribe and Save Yearly Subscription plan. This is a requirement to receive the Prize Draw Prize.

6.2. Winners can unsubscribe at any time however they will be required to subscribe for the full year in order to receive the full years’ free supply of YuMOVE for Dog product as stated in the Prize.

6.3. Card details will be required to receive the Prize. The winner can unsubscribe at any time however nothing will be charged for the duration of the winner’s subscription year. These card details will be collected when they are notified about winning the Prize.

7.Data protection and publicity

7.1. By providing contact details, Eligible Participant consents to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to the Competition.

7.2. Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the Competition. This information may be shared with any other third parties reasonably involved in the Competition without liability to the Promoter or such third parties. 8.Limitation of liability

8.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.


9.1. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it finds (a) to be attempting to claim the Prize more than once; (b) to be tampering with the entry and/or Prize claiming process or the operation of this Competition; (c) to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions; (d) to be acting otherwise than in good faith; or (e) to have provided any false or misleading information as part of the process of entering the Competition and/or claiming the Prize.

9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Competition without notice and any part of the Prize issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events beyond its control.
9.3. This Competition will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions, but in the event of any conflict these terms and conditions will prevail.

1.“Subscribe & Save”

1.1. This is a subscription service offered by Lintbells. We reserve the right to vary the prices from time to time. We reserve the right to change the repeat order benefits, the discount amount and free delivery offer at any time.

1.2. “Subscribe & Save” products will ship automatically based on the frequency you select until you cancel. By placing your order you are authorising us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency you have selected.

2.1. If you are a new subscription customer, you have an option to choose a tailor-made YuMOVE subscription based on criteria you specify about your dog on upon completion and registration of your customer account.

3.“Subscribe and Save” Discount & Promotions

3.1. If you subscribe to “YuMOVE 30 Day Trial Promotion”, upon completion of a 30-day period you will be automatically enrolled into a “Subscribe & Save” subscription service.

3.2. If you subscribe to 1 YuMOVE Dog product in one subscription order, you’ll receive a 30% discount. If you subscribe to 2 YuMOVE Dog products, you’ll receive 40% off.

3.3. For other “Subscribe & Save” discounts and promotions please check the website regularly. Any non-subscription discounts or offers are not eligible to be used in conjunction with products purchased via “Subscribe & Save” service.

3.3. Any service log-in details, promotional or discount codes provided with the “Subscribe & Save” service are strictly for the sole use of the subscriber. 4.“Subscribe and Save” Delivery, Cancellations & Returns

4.1. Free delivery is available on all subscription orders, regardless of the order value.

4.2. If any “Subscribe & Save” product is not available on the day it is scheduled to be dispatched, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfil the order once every 7 days over three-week period. If the product does not become available during that three-week period, we will notify you that the order has been cancelled and we will attempt to send the next order on schedule.

4.3. If any “Subscribe & Save” products are no longer available, we will automatically suspend your subscription for that product and advise you of this, and no additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed. If any suitable replacement exists, you will need to create a new “Subscribe & Save” subscription order for that product.

4.4.If any problems arise with your delivery address, your account, or payment method, that we are unable to address, we will notify you via e-mail using the e-mail address associated with your subscription. In such cases, your “Subscribe & Save” subscription will be automatically placed on hold and no additional “Subscribe & Save” orders will be processed or dispatched until you resolve the problem and reactivate your subscription.

5.“Subscribe and Save” Termination

5.1. We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you.

5.2. You can cancel your subscription at anytime. To avoid being billed for the following subscription period you need to cancel your subscription 24 hours prior to your subscription renewal date. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed and we will charge your account using the payment method on your account.
