Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering the competition (“Competition”), you agree to participate in the Competition and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. 
 
This Competition is operated by Lintbells Limited (“Promoter”) registered at West Barn, Fairclough Hall Farm, Halls Green, Weston, SG4 7DP. YUMOVE is a registered brand of Lintbells Limited. 

 

  1. To enter the Competition and to have a chance to win this prize, customers will need to have an account.  
  2. Each customer who was notified by email on 27th January 2021 will be eligible to be automatically entered into the Competition. 
  3. No purchase necessary. 
  4. The start date of the Competition is 27 January 2021 and the end of the Competition is 3rd February 2021. 
  5. One Competition winner will be selected at random from eligible entries on 4th February 2021. 
  6. The Competition prize offered: £100 Pets At Home gift card.
  7. Competition winners will be contacted directly by telephone or email from the details entered in their account on 4th February 2021.  
  8. By having an account, customers consent to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to this Competition. 
  9. The Promoter does not share customer data with third parties and treats personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy. 
  10. If the winner does not claim their prize within 10 days of being contacted the prize will be offered to the next randomly selected winner.  
  11. The winner may only claim prize which is offered, subject to availability. 
  12. Promoter cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged illegible or uncontactable details. 
  13. There is no cash alternative to the Competition prize available. 
  14. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  15. Promoter reserves the right to withdraw from the Competition at any time and for any reason. 
  16. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.

  19. “YuMOVE” is a branded product of the Promoter. Promoter reserves all rights in relation to intellectual property used in this Competition, whether, in regard to, Promoter’s products, product names or any of the promotional materials used.
