Looking for the ulti-mutt new role? Come on in...We’re Lintbells, and we’re on a mission to help dogs, cats and horses live their best, and most active lives, for life.
We’re the experts in scientifically backed pet supplements. In fact, one of them is the UK’s number one joint supplement brand, YuMOVE – now supporting well over one million dogs.
Our supplements work. And we don’t expect you to take our word for it. Industry heavyweights like the Royal Veterinary College back us up with clinical studies and real evidence. As for our customer reviews? Well, they speak for themselves. Take a look at Trustpilot (where we’re rated Excellent and have been given five stars) to read our success stories.
Working at LintbellsLintbells began with two passionate founders with a shared goal – to create phenomenal products that were reasonably priced, and would improve the lives of pets and their owners.
The vision was to create an organisation that would provide quality and value to its customers, and lead with integrity. We’ve come a long way since then, but this simple, honest philosophy continues to underpin all that we do.
We’re a friendly, ambitious bunch. We move fast, make bold decisions and strive for results. It’s why our sales have doubled in the last two years.
Where you’ll find usLintbells HQ is based in North Hertfordshire, between the postcard-pretty villages of Halls Green and Weston. Our contemporary, barn-style offices are in a lovely rural spot, surrounded by fields and country lanes. There’s ample staff parking onsite, lots of beautiful walks to take advantage of, and dogs are, of course, welcome!

Our approach to your personal development
Lintbells is on a journey. As the company develops, our team develops, too. We provide individuals with the ability to continuously learn and stretch their skillsets.
We empower our team to develop both professionally and personally, with structured individual development paths centred around four key areas: Functional Training, Leadership Training, Behavioural Training and Role Specific Training.
Internal progression is key at Lintbells. We encourage everyone to sharpen their skillsets, take on more responsibilities and develop their careers within new roles.
Morgan O’Connor, Supply Planning Manager
I joined Lintbells in 2015 as a member of the Customer Service team, not long after
graduating from University. Several months later, I was asked if I’d temporarily fill a
role within Operations, while a full-time replacement was recruited. I was given the
option to return to Customer Service, explore other roles within the business or, if I
wanted it, take on the Ops position full-time!
Five years later, I’ve been promoted twice and now manage a fantastic team of people. Lintbells continues to support my progression and development in so many ways – not just through training and coaching. Had the business not recognised my capability and skills back then, I would have never considered a career in Operations or Supply Chain – and for that I’m really thankful!"
Darren Spavins, Fulfilment & Logistics Manager
I started at Lintbells in 2015. Back then, I was a one-man-band with about 150 orders a day – now it’s more than 20,000 a week, and my team is made up of around 16 members of staff! I’ve worked hard to get to where I am today, and the Lintbells team has been so supportive and encouraging along the way. I’m so proud to be a part of the Lintbells family. And it really does feel like a family – not least because two of my children work here, too! To see the growth in Lintbells so far has been nothing short of remarkable. I can honestly say you won’t find a better, more friendly company to work for. I’d like to think I’ll be here until I retire!"
Rebecca Davies, Head of HR
I joined Lintbells back in 2014 as part of the Customer Service team. At the time, the business was in its infancy and still very small, so it was very much an all hands-on-deck approach to getting various tasks done. My roots in the business gave me a unique understanding of our products and customers, and this continues to help me in my role today. A natural people person, I took on lots of HR responsibilities. Lintbells was amazing at recognising this, and soon made me the very first HR employee. The company supported me through both of my HR qualifications and continues to progress me. I’m now Head of HR and very proud of what we as a team have achieved together. The business recognises talent, and isn’t afraid of stretching employees to learn every day. I’m grateful for the role the business has played in my development, and I’m now focused on providing the same support to new members of the Lintbells family!"
