Working at Lintbells

Lintbells began with two passionate founders with a shared goal – to create phenomenal products that were reasonably priced, and would improve the lives of pets and their owners.
The vision was to create an organisation that would provide quality and value to its customers, and lead with integrity. We’ve come a long way since then, but this simple, honest philosophy continues to underpin all that we do.

Where you’ll find us

Lintbells HQ is based in North Hertfordshire, between the postcard-pretty villages of Halls Green and Weston. Our contemporary, barn-style offices are in a lovely rural spot, surrounded by fields and country lanes. There’s ample staff parking onsite, lots of beautiful walks to take advantage of, and dogs are, of course, welcome!

Full development and ownership of Lintbells’ current and future International Distributor business, to support Lintbells’ commercial success globally.

Product Development Executive

This position will work closely with the Product Development Manager on both existing and new product development, bringing near-to-market new products to rapid commercial launch, and will also conduct scientific research under the guidance of the R&D Lead to inform the earlier phases of product development.

At the time, the business was in its infancy and still very small, so it was very much an all hands-on-deck approach to getting various tasks done. Lintbells was amazing at recognising this, and soon made me the very first HR employee. The company supported me through both of my HR qualifications and continues to progress me.
