£5 YuMOVE 30 Day Trial Promotion Terms and Conditions
Please note that YuMOVE 30 Day Trial Product is subject to a £5 charge. Promotion requires registration to a YuMOVE “Subscribe & Save” subscription service with anytime cancellation.
By registering for a YuMOVE 30 Day trial product pack (“Trial Product”), you agree to participate in the YuMOVE 30 Day Trial promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all other Terms incorporated by reference (as described below), and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Promotion Terms and Conditions complement and incorporate by reference “Subscribe & Save” Terms and Conditions and Lintbells’ Terms and Conditions (collectively referred to as “YuMOVE Terms and Conditions”). In the event of any conflict between the YuMOVE Terms and Conditions and these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the YuMOVE Terms and Conditions will prevail.
This Promotion is operated by Lintbells Limited (“Promoter”) registered at West Barn, Fairclough Hall Farm, Halls Green, Weston, SG4 7DP.
Promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
- The Promotion will start at 9.00am on 16th August 2021 and end at midnight on 31st December 2021.
- The Promotion entitles you to one Trial Product.
- One Trial Product includes a 30 day supply of either “YuMOVE Young & Active”, “YuMOVE Adult” or “YuMOVE Plus”. The type and quantity of Trial Product offered will be based on the criteria you specify about your dog on yumove.co.uk/trial upon registration for the Trial Product.
- Trial Product is provided though a tailor-made subscription on YuMOVE “Subscribe & Save” subscription service (“Subscribe & Save”).
- Registration to a “Subscribe & Save” subscription is required. “Subscribe & Save” terms and conditions apply.
- Trial Product charge is £5 which will be applied at the check-out. You will only be required to pay full price for products that you add to your subscription in addition to the Trial Product.
- The Promotion can only be applied to your first subscription. After delivery of your Trial Product you will be required to pay full price for all products included in any subsequent subscriptions, including subsequent YuMOVE Product offered in accordance with your tailor-made subscription.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before your subscription renewal date. If you do not cancel, you will be billed at a full price for your next YuMOVE Product offered in accordance with your tailor-made subscription.
- Free delivery is included with a Trial Product.
- Internet access is required to participate.
- Trial Products are limited and can only be used once per email and once per household.
- Trial Products cannot be sold separately, resold or exchanged.
- Trial Products are only available to new subscription customers and customers who have not registered for a Promotion previously (including any previous YuMOVE free trial and YuMOVE trial promotions organised by the Promoter since January 2018).
- Promotion is open for entry to residents of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales over 16 years, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with or involved in the Promotion.
- Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase their entries for this Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of this Promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any Trial Product awarded will be void.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Trial Product, or seek its recovery, in the event of a customer's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any late, misdirected or incomplete submissions, or effects of hackers, failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information or any technical or human error which may occur in processing the entries. Proof of submitting an entry is not is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
- The Promoter are not responsible for any entry, generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Promotion, as solely determined by the Promoter, will be disqualified.
- The Trial Product is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.
- The Promoter cannot be held responsible if, for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated Trial Product is no longer available. The Promoter reserves the right to award a different Trial Product of equivalent value.
- The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.

- The Promotion is governed by laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- “YuMOVE” is a branded product of the Promoter. Promoter reserves all rights in relation to intellectual property used in this Promotion, whether, in regard to, Promoter’s products, product names or any of the promotional materials used.
- Average 80% saving is based on a customer trialling 'YuMOVE Plus 120' which retails at £39.95.
“Subscribe & Save” Terms and Conditions
- “Subscribe & Save” is a subscription service offered by Lintbells. We reserve the right to vary the prices from time to time. We reserve the right to change the repeat order benefits, the discount amount and free delivery offer at any time. “Subscribe & Save” products will ship automatically based on the frequency you select until you cancel. By placing your order you are authorising us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency you have selected. You can change the frequency or cancel your subscriptions at any time through the My Subscriptions section which can be found when you login into your account at yumove.co.uk/account/login.
- Tailor-made subscription.
- If you are a new subscription customer you have an option to choose a tailor-made YuMOVE subscription based on criteria you specify about your dog on yumove.co.uk/pages/subscription upon completion and registration of your customer account.
- “Subscribe & Save” discount and promotions.
- If you subscribe to “YuMOVE 30 Day Trial Promotion”, upon completion of a 30-day period you will be automatically enrolled into a “Subscribe & Save” subscription service.
- If you subscribe to 1 YuMOVE Dog product in one subscription order, you’ll receive a 30% discount. If you subscribe to 2 YuMOVE Dog products, you’ll receive 40% off.
- For other “Subscribe & Save” discounts and promotions please check the yumove.co.uk website regolarly. Any non-subscription discounts or offers are not eligible to be used in conjunction with products purchased via “Subscribe & Save” service.
- “Subscribe & Save” delivery, cancellations and returns.
- Free delivery is available on all subscription orders, regardless of the order value.
- If any “Subscribe & Save” product is not available on the day it is scheduled to be dispatched, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfil the order once every 7 days over three-week period. If the product does not become available during that three-week period, we will notify you that the order has been cancelled and we will attempt to send the next order on schedule.
- If any “Subscribe & Save” products are no longer available, we will automatically suspend your subscription for that product and advise you of this, and no additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed. If any suitable replacement exists, you will need to create a new “Subscribe & Save” subscription order for that product.
- If any problems arise with your delivery address, your account, or payment method, that we are unable to address, we will notify you via e-mail using the e-mail address associated with your subscription. In such cases, your “Subscribe & Save” subscription will be automatically placed on hold and no additional “Subscribe & Save” orders will be processed or dispatched until you resolve the problem and reactivate your subscription.
- All returns under “Subscribe & Save” are subject to the Lintbells Delivery & Returns Policy.
- “Subscribe & Save” Termination
- We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you.
- You can cancel your subscription at anytime. To avoid being billed for the following subscription period you need to cancel your subscription 24 hours prior to your subscription renewal date. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed and we will charge your account using the payment method on your account.
